1. Overview

Aeonbricks ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email, and authentication credentials you provide when requesting access.
• Deal inputs — property documents, links, and messages you submit through the chat interface to be analyzed.
• Billing information — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps) needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to operate the Service, generate underwriting analyses, provide customer support, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing via OpenAI

Chat prompts and deal context are transmitted to OpenAI's API over an encrypted connection to generate the AI responses you see. Under OpenAI's API data policy, this content is not used to train OpenAI's models and is retained only briefly for abuse-monitoring purposes. Please avoid submitting information you consider highly sensitive.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on a small set of vetted subprocessors to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• OpenAI — AI model inference
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — hosting and edge delivery

6. Security

Your data is transmitted over TLS and stored in encrypted databases with row-level access controls so that only you (and administrators acting on your behalf) can read your deals.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting contact@aeonbricks.com. EU/UK users have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Data Retention

We keep your account and deal data as long as your account is active. On deletion, we purge personal data from live systems within 30 days, subject to backup retention and legal requirements.

9. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
